Brief:
This deck at its core is a control deck, with the ability to aggro via BT3-Angewomon and BT4-Wargreymon.
Key Features:
- BT3-Wargrowlmon + BT1-Slashangemon for 12k DP reduction, effectively destroying any non-lv7
- BT3-Angewomon to summon lv3s
- Flexibility offered by the different lv3s, allowing you to offensive or defensive
How to Play:
- Surivive and create Lv5 chains in preparation for Slashangemon and Wargreymon
- BT1-T.K is a must, for it gives you the essential 3 memory to ensure Slashangemon+Wargrwolmon can be played in the same turn or Wargreymon would have a chance to attack. Also allows you to fish for cards in the security.
- Use Binding light to manipulate your security put yourself into 3 security or lower
- It is usually not recommended to attack twice with Wargreymon for it leaves it more vulnerable
Weaknesses:
- Inability to do anything without a lv5 setup, thus it is not uncommon to leave your lv5 in breeding to protect it
- Lack of removal outside of the lv6/7s
- Lack of security effects
- Bushiagumon/ Promo-Patamon/Lucemon becomes dead cards without Angewomon
- Very prone to early aggro, dropping the security too low to use Wargreymon
- Too many situational cards which leaves it prone to bricking
Cards to Consider:
Provides both draw and security reduction, improves consistency. Becomes a dead card when security is too low
Allows you to play T.K for free, weaker than other lv5 options if unable to utilize effect
Cheap costs opening up the possibility of a hard summon, but has no effect
Provides recovery and enables lv3s. A 10k body is extremely easy to remove in BT4 meta, meaning it is unlikely to survive the turn making it impractical to hard summon. Evolving it would make it compete with Wargreymon and Slashangemon, which both out performs Magnadragmon.
Provides some sort of threat in security, allows you to deal with lv5s without having to commit to a lv6/7. Requires hand cards and steepish memory cost.
